Principal interviews featuring one or more of our guests will take place in the Main Hall (the Arora Suite on the lowest floor of the hotel). Ordinarily you will have a chance to ask questions after the initial conversation, so be sure to have some good ones ready.
More technical presentations (i.e. those involving detailed demonstration and/or display) will take place in the smaller Arora Theatre (capacity 110 seats) on the floor immediately below ground level in the hotel.
We have also arranged on the same floor a programme of smaller, more intimate, chat/seminars (20 persons max) with key guests in our ‘Celestial Tearooms’. As premium content activities, there is an additional charge for them and the sessions can be booked on our ticketing page.
